Chi Kung Classes/Workshops Refund Policy

 

If you cannot attend the program/workshop, a full refund will be provided with a minimum notification of cancellation of three (3) weeks prior to the program/workshop start date.

A refund, less an administration charge of $75.00, will be provided with a minimum notification of cancellation of two (2) weeks prior to the program/workshop start date.

NO refunds will be provided when notification of cancellation is less than one (1) week prior to the program/workshop start date.

In special circumstances, Credit may be given toward future classes/workshops.

Missed Class ‘Make-Up’ Guidelines

 

We do not refund or credit for missed classes, but we provide a Make-Up Class system limited to three (3) per person.

The three (3) Make-Up Classes are provided on a first-come first-served basis.

We apologize if the times are not suitable for you.
